Terms and conditions

These terms govern access to the site, use of the scanner and the self-assessment, and subscription to the offers described on the Pricing page.

The scanner loads once the home page you provide, without giving any consent, and reports the third-party domains contacted. You must be entitled to have that address analysed.

The self-assessment returns an estimate based solely on your own answers. The amounts shown are indicative and constitute neither an assessment of your legal position nor a statement of any penalty you will incur.

Both tools are provided as is, without warranty of completeness, and may be suspended or limited in case of abuse.

Prices are set in CFA francs, excluding applicable taxes, per year or per month depending on the plan. They are not indexed to any exchange rate.

Payment is collected in euro by our payment processor, converted at the fixed statutory parity of 1 EUR = 655.957 FCFA. That parity is set by monetary regulation and does not move: the CFA franc figure shown is the amount you owe.

Payment is by card. Quoted plans are invoiced as agreed in the contract.

Any price change is notified with reasonable notice and applies only from the following renewal.

Opening an account gives access to a 7-day free trial, with no card and no commitment. Nothing is charged when it ends: the trial stops, it does not turn into a subscription.

When a trial or a subscription ends, write access stops but read access and data export remain: your registers, evidence and filings are neither deleted nor held back.

Provide accurate information, hold the necessary rights over imported data, and designate authorised users.

The customer remains the controller: they decide the purposes, approve files before filing, and retain control of legal decisions.

Availability and support commitments, where applicable, are set out in the service-level annex of the chosen plan. Planned interruptions are announced in advance.

Conformia provides a compliance tool; it does not stand in for the controller or their counsel. No warranty is given as to the outcome of an inspection or proceedings.

Save for gross negligence or wilful misconduct, the publisher’s liability is limited to the amounts paid over the last twelve months.

Either party may end the subscription under the conditions of the contract. At any time, the customer may export all of their data in an open format, free of charge.

These terms are governed by Cameroonian law. Failing an amicable resolution, the competent courts of Douala have jurisdiction.
